Can I try a paid plan before being charged?
Yes. Starter and Pro include a 14-day trial for eligible organizations. A card is required at checkout. Stripe begins billing at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
What happens when I exceed my request allowance?
Free hard-stops at the included cap and can return HTTP 429. Starter, Pro, and Scale continue accepting traffic at the published overage rate for that plan ($0.30, $0.25, and $0.20 per 1,000 requests). Plans never auto-upgrade.
What happens when I reach my storage allowance?
Storage limits are different from request limits. HookDeploy continues accepting the webhook and records request metadata, but does not store the new payload body until storage resets or you upgrade.
How are production and development agents priced?
Production agents are included by plan: Free 0, Starter 1, Pro 2, Scale 5, Enterprise 10. Extra production agents are $9 per month on Pro and Scale only. Development agents — laptops and machines that go offline — are free and unlimited on every plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and Stripe prorates paid-plan changes. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is annual billing a contract?
Annual billing prepays one year at the price of ten monthly payments. Free, Starter, Pro, and Scale remain self-serve plans; Enterprise terms are negotiated separately.
What happens to data after a downgrade?
Your organization moves to the lower plan limits when the downgrade takes effect. Retained request data beyond the new plan window is removed on the normal retention schedule.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is sales-assisted with custom pricing and terms. It includes unlimited requests and endpoints, 100MB payloads, 10 production agents, unlimited development agents, and 365-day history.
